Think. Do. Grow together.
A virtuous cycle for gender equality
Women for CEO aims to achieve gender parity in leadership positions by 2035.
Our movement is driven by leaders—both women and men—who are convinced that professional equality is a driver of sustainable performance. No empty rhetoric, just concrete actions and a clear path forward.
You don’t join Women for CEO on your own: you join as a gender-balanced pair, because change happens when we work together. Our community is built on mutual support, shared commitment, and a common desire to change the rules of the game.
Our “3 Steps / 9 Building Blocks” roadmap guides our collective action. It is driven by active working groups, cohorts of leaders, and a scientific committee that ensures the measurable impact of each initiative.
Women for CEO is not a static program. It is a self-sustaining, demanding, and inspiring ecosystem, open to anyone who wants to work toward governance and leadership that is more equitable, inclusive, efficient, and resolutely forward-looking.
Our event took place on October 15, 2025, in Paris.
