Our efforts to promote gender equality in the workplace

We’re determined—join us on this journey!

Why, beyond good intentions, concrete action is essential

Promoting gender equality can no longer be limited to mere declarations of intent. The scale of inequality is such that onlyvisible, measurable, and collective actionswill bring about real change within our organizations.
Through Women for CEO, weare driving atransformation from within, led by leaders committed to experimenting with, promoting, and strengthening inclusive practices.

Our efforts are primarily aimed atbringing about lasting change in the workplaceby promoting professional equality and inclusive, effective leadership.

What we actually do

Since our launch in October 2024, Women for CEO has implementeda series of initiatives to foster and amplify this change. Already, 600 member leaders are participating in nine working groups, each aligned with one of the pillars of our roadmap.

Our working groups

Our groupsbring together executives, managers, HR professionals, individual contributors, and partnersto collectively develop actionable strategies:

• Identify and overcome internal barriers (bias, glass ceiling, isolation)
• Transform business practices (governance, recruitment, career development)
• Engage your network (teams, peers, partners).

Our Scientific Committee

The members of our scientific committee bringexpertise, a critical eye, and a commitmentto accelerating our roadmap. Their responsibilities include:

• Advise on the direction of the movement
• Provide content for workshops, enhance their impact, and contribute to sustainable transformation within companies.
• Serve as a valuable resource for leaders committed to our “marches” toward gender parity.
• Help spread the word and amplify the movement by engaging their respective networks

Our events to inspire, connect, and take action

Every year, we organize events and are invited by our partners to key gatherings aimed at engaging our community.

The annual Women for CEO event (held every October—join us for the next one)
• Masterclasses, workshops, and executive dinners, all designed to share insights and tools
• Themed webinars on strategies for driving change in the workplace.

Awareness-building programs & executive cohorts

Each member follows a progression path at their own pace, with:

• Onboarding session
• Access to a dedicated cohort
• And the first concrete steps to take: “understanding your biases,” “expanding your network,” “building a circle of trust.”

Why and how do these actions matter?

First, because in the business world, gender diversity in leadership roles is linked to significantly higher performance.
In fact, according to a McKinsey study, the most diverse companies are up to 39% more likely to outperform financially compared to those lagging behind in gender parity (source: McKinsey, 2023).
This is proof that working toward gender parity is working toward performance.
And second, because the world needs more balance at every level.
