Global Ambassadors Program
The Women for CEO Global Ambassadors Program is an international initiative designed to accelerate gender parity in leadership by connecting committed leaders around the world.
Women and men from different countries, sectors, and generations are coming together to share their experiences, take concrete action, and advance diversity at the highest levels of organizations.

To promote true gender equality, each new participant joins the program alongside a male leader, and vice versa: we believe in mutual support, shared growth, and building bridges between leaders, whether they are women or men.

A program rooted in the Women For CEO roadmap
The Global Ambassadors Program is part of Women For CEO’s international roadmap, which aims to achieve gender parity in executive positions (CEO and top leadership) by 2035
Global Ambassadors help implement and adapt this roadmap in their countries, taking into account the cultural, historical, and economic factors specific to each context.
