You don’t join Women for CEO on your own: you join as a gender-balanced pair, because change happens when we work together. Our community is built on mutual support, shared commitment, and a common desire to change the rules of the game.

Our “3 Steps / 9 Building Blocks” roadmap guides our collective action. It is driven by active working groups, cohorts of leaders, and a scientific committee that ensures the measurable impact of each initiative.

What is Women for CEO?

Women for CEO is a collective, gender-balanced, and independent movement dedicated to achieving gender parity in the leadership bodies of organizations by 2035.
We bring together leaders, managers, and decision-makers from all sectors who are committed to bringing about tangible change in governance, management practices, and perceptions of power.

Because at the current rate, it would take more than 80 years to achieve true gender parity in leadership positions.
We refuse to accept this stagnation. Gender parity is neither a dream nor an option: it is a strategic imperative for businesses and a critical economic and societal issue.

Our approach is based on a structured roadmap: “3 steps, / 9 building blocks.”
Each member can contribute by partnering with Women for CEO on an event or a concrete initiative, or by joining a cohort of leaders or a working group aligned with their preferred areas of focus.
An independent scientific committee oversees the monitoring and evaluation of these initiatives and helps raise the movement’s profile.
